Solid Hardwood

This project involves the removal of approximately 976 square feet of existing hardwood flooring, followed by the installation of new unfinished 4-inch Red Oak hardwood flooring. The scope includes subfloor preparation, moisture barrier installation, a custom herringbone feature, sanding, staining, finishing, and refinishing of 12 stair treads to create a seamless and long-lasting hardwood flooring.

This project includes refinishing 788 square feet of existing hardwood flooring throughout the first floor, second-floor hallway, and a bedroom with a walk-in closet, along with refinishing 13 stair treads. The work includes professional sanding, full wood-filler application, stain application, and a durable oil-based finish to restore the floors and stairs, leaving the home with a refreshed, long-lasting finish.
