I recently had my floors done by Modifloors. The team did a great job. Isabelle was a great coordinator of the work and I appreciated the way that she kept in contact with me. The guys had to remove old peel and stick tile which had been covering my hardwood floors for 20 years. They did a phenomenal job, and I am very pleased with their work. 5 Stars all the way! I truly had a fantastic experience with Modi Flooring this May 2025! I first met with Fernanda for the free estimate. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, & gave me a very fair & affordable estimate, after a few other companies had given me astronomical ones. She took her time with me & showed compassion, as we had a heartfelt conversation about my husband passing in 2021 & how hard it has been, on my own, to try to fix up the house we bought together. She made me feel confident with my decision to renovate & proud that I could finally accomplish this goal to replace floors that were a depressing eye sore in poor condition. After bringing several full size sample boards over to my house, I chose my style laminate & color with ease. She put me on the schedule within a week and the job was done in 2 days by Fabian! 2 Bedrooms (including closets) and a large kitchen/living room combo area. Fabian was punctual, friendly, helpful, & excellent at his trade! The 1st day, because my king size mattress & wood bed frame was extremely large & heavy, the owner Igor, came right over to help Fabian disassemble & move it, while they did the floor, then reassembled it & put it back in its place. He was also friendly & professional & helped me discard my old couch to the curb. After the job was completed, they continued to be responsive to me when I had questions. I forgot to have the floor under my stove done, so they had Fabian come back, at no extra charge, to do it. My small house (940 sq ft) now seems bigger, lighter, & airy instead of dark & depressing. It was a pleasure working with their company & I would recommend them to anyone! My floors look beautiful & I am extremely happy with the decision I made to hire them. Igor and the staff at ModiFloors are amazing! Our experience from the beginning was so professional and so prompt. They responded within an hour and were scheduled to come out for an estimate in just a few days. Igor is very down to earth and easy to talk to. I kept adding on rooms for an estimate and he obliged all my requests. We had our floors refinished in our downstairs, new herringbone pattern laid in the hallway upstairs and brand new flooring in an office space. We also had the stairs done as well. The job ran a few days longer than projected but only because of the type of finish that was previously on there. The gentlemen that came to do the job were courtesy, clean and answered my questions. Igor and his staff were also available whenever I had a question. I would highly highly recommend ModiFloors!! Thanks everyone.

I was in the market for a flooring company because my floors needed repair, sanding, and refinishing. I am so happy to have found ModiFloors. First impressions and communication are golden. Igor came by the day after calling for a quote, introduced himself at the front door and removed his shoes. He was thorough in looking over the floors that needed work & took the measurements. He took his time, explained everything in detail, & answered all my questions. He came prepared with a color chart, proof of insurance, & left a pamphlet that explains the available warrantees and most frequently asked questions. There was absolutely no pressure. The crew that came to work on my home were truly amazing. They were quick, courteous, and clean all while doing a wonderful job. Beyond the crew that came to site, the young lady at the office, Fernanda, was also very professional & kind. The estimated time frame for my job was a day & a half, and that’s exactly how the job went two bedrooms, hallway and a full staircase. They are simply the best & we would highly recommend ModiFloors to family or friends.

This company does remarkable work. I utilized them for both hardwood restoration and LVP install. They worked throughout the entire day and made quick work of it. Their salesman Igor also is by far the best and most down to earth salesman I've ever dealt with. He answered any question I had regarding stain, finish, and even made sure I didn't purchase more vinyl than I needed. Could not recommend these guys enough.

I bought a new house and the first floor floors were old, not in great condition and the second-floor had no floor underneath the rug. They installed new flooring on the second floor and sanded and finished the first and second floors including the stairs. They were very professional and they stuck to their timeframe. They were very neat and accommodated everything that I needed. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Igor was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. so happy with the way, the floors turned out!
