These Terms and Conditions explain how ModiFloors uses SMS and MMS text messaging to communicate with customers. They cover the messages you may receive, how often, the fees that may apply, and how to opt in or out at any time. You agree to these messaging terms only when you take an affirmative opt-in action, such as checking the applicable consent box.

1. SMS Consent Communication

Information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Free Estimate Quiz Consent

The Free Estimate Quiz requires an unchecked consent box to be selected before an estimate request can be submitted. By selecting it, you consent to calls and SMS messages from ModiFloors about your request, including appointment and follow-up messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing flooring services. If you do not want to provide this consent, you may call us or use our standard contact form instead.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Phone numbers and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Types of SMS Communications

If you have given consent to receive text messages from ModiFloors, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Follow-up messages
  • Billing inquiries
  • Promotions or offers (if applicable)

Example: “Hello, this is a reminder of your upcoming appointment with ModiFloors at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.”

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to appointments, billing, or similar service updates.

5. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

6. Opt-In Method

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from ModiFloors in the following ways:

  • Verbally, during a conversation
  • By submitting an online form
  • By filling out a paper form

7. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from the messaging list.

8. Help

For any issues, reply with the keyword HELP. Alternatively, help can be obtained directly through our contact page.

Additional Options

On forms where SMS consent is optional, the consent box may be left unchecked. The Free Estimate Quiz is the exception described above and cannot be submitted without consent. Visitors may use the standard contact form or call instead.
