A standard room or two usually runs a few days once material has acclimated, though acclimation itself can add time depending on your home's conditions. Whole-home projects take longer. We give you a clear timeline at the assessment so you can plan around it, and we do not rush prep to hit a date.
We will let you know exactly what needs to be cleared during the in-home assessment. We can handle moving heavier items as part of the job, and our final walkthrough includes a timeline for when it is safe to move furniture back onto a new floor.
Yes. Squeaks come from boards or subfloor moving against fasteners. We locate the squeak lines and re-fasten from above or below, adding blocking where needed to stop the movement at its source rather than just covering the noise.
