Solid hardwood is crafted from a single piece of timber, offering exceptional durability and timeless beauty. It comes in various species such as red oak, white oak, maple, walnut, hickory, and many more. Each providing unique aesthetic and functional properties. Available in different sizes and wood grades, solid hardwood can be sanded and refinished multiple times, ensuring it lasts for generations. This type of flooring is ideal for creating a high-end, elegant look that can significantly increase your home's resale value.

  • ENGINEERED HARDWOOD

Engineered hardwood is designed to withstand higher moisture levels, making it an excellent choice for areas where solid hardwood might not be suitable, such as basements and kitchens. It consists of a top layer of real hardwood veneer over multiple layers of plywood, which enhances its stability and resistance to humidity and temperature changes. Engineered hardwood maintains the authentic look and feel of wood while providing greater installation flexibility, including the option to install over radiant heating systems. Engineered hardwood depending on the thickness can be refinished once.

  • LUXURY VINYL PLANK (LVP)

  • LUXURY VINYL TILE (LVT)

Luxury vinyl tile has become a top choice for commercial flooring due to its versatility and durability. It can mimic the look of wood. Similar to Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), however it does not have the click and lock mechanism. More so, it would be a glued down flooring option. While it still provides a superior resistance to scratches, spills, and heavy foot traffic. LVT is particularly popular in healthcare facilities, offices, retail spaces, and commercial residential. Still holding the aesthetics and easy maintenance. Including a wear layer to ensure long-lasting performance even in high-traffic areas.

  • VINYL COMPOSITE TILE (VCT)

While VCT is durable and easy to maintain, it requires regular waxing and polishing to keep its appearance. Most know this tile as the square vinyl, other names known as would be Linoleum. This flooring option requires glue down installation as well. It's also available in various colors and patterns, allowing for design flexibility.
